Bill Scarbrough is a scholar and a gentleman. He graduated from UGA’s ROTC program, and then spent 4 years as an Army officer at Fort Benning. Nowadays, when he is on “leave” from his civilian career, he enjoys riding motorcycles, playing golf, fishing and kayaking. His bucket list includes a trip to Australia, and in the near future, he looks forward to taking his family to Cancun.
